At Bigbrand Boosters, we strive to deliver top-quality digital marketing services to meet your expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require changes, cancellations, or refund requests. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation by Client:
- Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing a written notice to Bigbrand Boosters at least 30 days in advance. This ensures we can wind down your campaigns or projects without undue disruption.
- If services are canceled before the completion of a prepaid service period, the client will remain liable for the charges related to the services rendered up to the cancellation date.
Cancellation by Bigbrand Boosters:
Bigbrand Boosters reserves the right to cancel services at its sole discretion due to:
- Breach of terms and conditions by the client.
- Non-payment of dues or invoices.
- Use of services for unlawful or prohibited activities.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Services:
As a service-based business, all payments made for digital marketing services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
SEO services
- Pay-per-click (PPC) campaign management
- Content creation
- Social media marketing
- Graphic design or branding work
Refunds for Prepaid Packages:
Refunds for prepaid packages may only be considered under the following conditions:
If Bigbrand Boosters fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal issues or unforeseen circumstances.
If a written cancellation request is received prior to the initiation of any work or campaigns.
Pro-Rated Refunds:
In rare cases, and at Bigbrand Boosters’ sole discretion, a pro-rated refund may be offered for the unused portion of a service package if no work has commenced for that specific period.
3. Process for Requesting Refunds
To request a refund, clients must:
Submit a written request to contact@bigbrandboosters.com
Include details such as:
- Reason for the refund request.
- Proof of payment.
- Relevant supporting documents (if applicable).
Bigbrand Boosters will evaluate the request and respond within 15 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 business days.
4. Exclusions
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or campaigns that have been executed, as these involve significant resource allocation.
Refunds are not applicable to any third-party charges or ad spend (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) made on behalf of the client.
5. Disputes
If a refund request leads to a dispute, it will be handled as per the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions and governed by applicable laws.
